Private parking space in luxury building. You will have a key fob to come and go at will. 4 places to eat in the building, stop and grab lunch while you're here. Parking is secured, on video and climate controlled. Space has a no parking sign to be sure no one parks in your space during your rental. Perfect for commuters or those staying at the time shares across the street. They charge $25 a day so this is much cheaper. Monthy rentals are available too! Thanks!

Car wash, electric charging station and WIFI is available on island just not in the garage. All services are less than 2 minutes away.
Additional parking Requirements or Terms:
$50 key fob deposit to be paid at the beginning of the rental. Deposit will be returned immediately upon lease end when the fob is returned undamaged. Deposit will be retained if the fob is lost or stolen and a new deposit will need to be paid for the remained for the lease.

On check in day, we will meet you on island and escort you to the parking space.
