PLEASE NOTE: While OVERNIGHT PARKING in BEVERLY HILLS is between $49.50 to $60 a night, this PARKING COVERS a 24 hour maximum overnight stay for HALF THE PRICE. Hourly rate is converted to a little over $1/hour while hourly rates in BEVERLY HILLS run between $1.50 to $3.00/hour. PARKING PERMIT CITATION FEES run $50+ per vehicle.
I have parking space for 3 cars ...the spaces are perfect in an area within 7 miles of what comprises of great nearby hotels, restaurants, popular amenities and tourist sites (i.e. SLS Hotel, Waldorf Astoria Hotel, Beverly Hills Hotel, The Montage, Trader Joe’s grocery market, Mastros, Spagos, etc.), Cedars Sinai Hospital, the Beverly Center, the Beverly Grove, the Beverly Connection, the Century City Westfield Mall, the Beverly HIills Library, Sunset Strip, Rodeo Drive shopping strip, beaches and ports like Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey, the freeway, local metro and bus stops to commute, and more.
Parking is not only very limited and restricted in the area, but pricey for hourly, valet parking or private lot paid parking. At least an hour advanced notice is required to approve availability and parking duration request.
Prices will go up during certain points (i.e. Holiday, public events, etc.) due to demand and surrounding parking charges, but will remain competitive for best pricing and service.
