It is uncovered but it allows for very tall setups to be parked there. It’s shaded by the house most of the day. This is for parking spot only and not be rented for living in or over night stays in the RV, small boat, or camper Trailer. Limited water access available No AC power included, no grey or black water dumping or systems onsite for those systems. The entire space is fenced and locked 24/7. It’s on a Nice suburban street with lots of space in a nice area. Gate is only 11 wide but inside is 18 wide. Easy access via the street no curb just grass driveway to this dedicated spot. Your the only person renting and will be only person very private. Contact me if you have questions or a smaller vehicle. Price can adjust based on term. I have a German shepherd that watches the house is the reason for the advance notice , but you have a free security guard on site 24/7.
